log [ lawg, log ] 原木
A log is a piece of a thick branch or of the trunk of a tree that has been cut so that it can be used for fuel or for making things.

appropriate [ uh–proh-pree-it ] 适当的;合适的;恰当的
Something that is appropriate is suitable or acceptable for a particular situation.
It is appropriate to wipe the table after eating.
reproach [ ri-prohch ] 责备;斥责;指责;责怪
If you look at or speak to someone with reproach, you show or say that you are disappointed, upset, or angry because they have done something wrong.
He looked at her with reproach because of her treatment of the patient.
reverent [ rev-er-uh nt, rev-ruh nt ] 恭敬的;尊敬的;虔诚的
If you describe some-one’s behaviour as reverent, you mean that they are showing great respect for a person or thing.
The students gave reverent attention to the teacher.
negate [ ni-geyt ] 取消;使无效
If one thing negates another, it causes that other thing to lose the effect or value that it had.
